The modality will relieve aches and pain and improve circulation, reduce nervousness and tension  and anxiety which will allow a better nights sleep. Research has shown that getting prenatal massage reguarly helps the mother have a smoother delivery.

Its a very gentle repetitive modality that will relax you instantly. You want to drink extra water, This modality is great for fibromyalgia and post surgeries 

This modality is great for ache feet or if your  needing a little extra  pampering. It's also good for Plantar fasciitis. Clients will have a warm towel wrap around it to start with along with a  seasonal scrub followed by another warm towel followed with a relaxing massage given with a seasonal lotion. This  foot scrub is nice to have added with an service as well.
